Today, September 19, 2023, is the last day of trading in unit rights issued in connection with Wyld Networks AB's ("Wyld Networks" or "the Company") rights issue of free-of-charge units, which was announced on August 29, 2023 (the "Rights Issue").

On September 19, 2023, is the final day of trading for unit rights that were allocated to Wyld Networks shareholders on the record date for the Rights Issue, which was September 6, 2023. Unit rights that are not sold and not utilized for subscription will expire worthless.

Summary of the Rights Issue:

  • Subscription period: September 8, 2023 – September 22, 2023.
  • Trading of unit rights: September 8, 2023 – September 19, 2023.
  • Preferential Rights: For each held share, on the record date of September 6, 2023, the holder received one (1) unit right. Eight (8) unit rights entitle the holder to subscribe for one (1) unit.
  • Unit: One (1) warrant of series TO4 and one (1) warrant of series TO5.
  • Subscription price: Subscription of units is done without payment. Therefore, the subscription price amounts to 0.00 SEK, and no payment is required for subscribed units. There are no brokerage fees.
  • Offer proceeds: The warrants of series TO4 that are issued in the Rights Issue can provide the Company with a maximum of approximately 27.7 million SEK before issuance costs, depending on the subscription price. The warrants of series TO5 that are issued in the Rights Issue can provide the Company with a maximum of approximately 32.3 million SEK before issuance costs, depending on the subscription price. With full subscription in the Rights Issue and full utilization of the warrants of series TO4 and TO5, the Company can thus be provided with a maximum of approximately 59.9 million SEK before issuance costs.
