The board of directors of Wyld Networks AB (the ”Company”) has resolved to postpone the publication of the annual report for 2023 due to administrative and practical reasons.

The new date for publication of the annual report for 2023 is 28 May 2024. An updated financial calendar is available on the Company's website, www. wyldnetworks.com.
