Material uncertainty relating to going concern
The auditor made the following remark in the auditor's report relating to a significant uncertainty regarding the going concern.
"Without affecting our statements above, we would like to draw attention to the report in the Administration report under the section Liquidity and financing where it is stated that the Board of Directors are aware that the company has a continued need for long-term financing. The Board of Directors are continuously working to evaluate various financing options. However, at each financing round, there is always a risk that capital cannot be raised, which is why there is uncertainty about continued operations until additional capital has been paid in. This condition gives rise to material uncertainty which may cast significant doubt about the company´s ability to continue as a going concern."

The Board of Directors and CEO of Wyld Networks AB are aware that the company has a continued need for long-term financing.
The Board of Directors and the CEO are continuously working to evaluate various financing options. However, in all financing rounds, there is always a risk that capital cannot be raised, which is why there is uncertainty about continued operations until additional capital has been paid in.
