Wyld Networks to collaborate with AgriSound on beehive monitoring pilot
Wyld Networks today announces a partnership with AgriSound, the acoustic technology innovators, to develop solutions to aid in the maintenance and optimization of the pollination environment.
By combining acoustic technology with environmental sensors, AgriSound have developed a range of innovative products that aid in maintaining an optimal pollination environment, necessary not just for the survival of our future pollinators, but to support agricultural productivity and promote the health of the planet.
Without pollinators, especially bee colonies, 70% of all food crops would be at risk. Pollination is crucial to maintaining healthy ecosystems by encouraging natural biodiversity and removing carbon from the atmosphere through increased plant growth.
