XACT Kapitalförvaltning is transferring the management of all its funds to Handelsbanken Fonder

Handelsbanken’s Swedish mutual fund operations are pursued in two separate companies.
Actively managed funds are offered by Handelsbanken Fonder AB, while index-based and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) are offered by Xact Kapitalförvaltning AB. Both fund management companies are wholly owned subsidiaries of Svenska Handelsbanken AB (publ).

The Board of XACT Kapitalförvaltning has resolved to transfer the management of all the company’s funds to Handelsbanken Fonder. The Board of Handelsbanken Fonder has resolved to take over the management of the said funds. The transferral will be carried out as soon as the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority gives Xact Kapitalförvaltning its permission – although the earliest date that this can be is 1 April 2020.

The funds will retain their names, and the management of the funds will not be affected by the change. There will be no change in the range of funds in conjunction with the transferral.
