Changes in YA Holding’s board composition

At the extraordinary general meeting held today in YA Holding AB (publ), it has been resolved that Johan Pålsson will no longer be a member of the board of directors.

Following the above resolution, the board of directors consists of Katarina Axelsson Lindgren (chair), Conny Karlsson and Daniel Nejman.
