Changes to the board composition in YA Holding AB

The extraordinary general meeting held on this day resolved that Tobias Karte shall no longer act as a board member. The general meeting also resolved to elect Pia Kåll as new board member for the period until the next annual general meeting.

After the said resolutions, the board of directors of YA Holding AB consists of Katarina Axelsson Lindgren (chairman), Joachim Berner, Conny Karlsson, Leif Pagrotsky, Johan Pålsson and Pia Kåll.

As Tobias Karte was the chairman of the audit committee, the board has also resolved to elect Johan Pålsson as new member and chairman of the audit committee.
