Continued company restructuring in YA Holding’s wholly owned subsidiary YrkesAkademin AB

As previously announced, YA Holding AB’s (publ) (“YA Holding”) wholly owned subsidiary YrkesAkademin AB has initiated a company restructuring after an application for company restructuring was granted by the Falu district court on 4 September 2023. A creditors’ meeting has today taken place in Falu district court and the district court has decided that the company restructuring may continue until 4 December 2023, thereafter the continuation of the company restructuring will be tried again. YrkesAkademin AB now continues the work with finalising a restructuring plan.
