Lars Öberg is appointed acting CEO for YA Holding

YA Holding AB (publ) (”YA Holding” or the ”Company”) announces today that its CEO Martin Modig will be on personal leave from the Company for a period of at least four weeks. Lars Öberg, CFO of YA Holding is appointed acting CEO during Martin Modig’s absence.
