The District Court approved the subsidiary YrkesAkademin AB’s application for company reconstruction

YA Holding AB (publ) announces that Falu District Court today approved the wholly owned subsidiary YrkesAkademin AB’s application for company reconstruction. The District Court has appointed Mikael Kubu from Ackordscentralen as administrator in accordance with YrkesAkademin AB’s proposal. The creditors’ meeting will be held at Falu District Court and the administrator will contact concerned creditors.

- This is a positive ruling although expected. YrkesAkademin AB has a solid core, a successful history and potential for long term viability. With this ruling, we will now be able to address our temporary liquidity challenges and create long-term sustainable conditions to secure operations, jobs and socially important education programs, says Martin Modig, CEO at YrkesAkademin AB.
