The district court approves YA Holding’s subsidiary YrkesAkademin AB’s request for an extension of the restructuring

As announced through a press release on 1 December 2023, YA Holding AB’s (publ) (“YA Holding”) wholly owned subsidiary YrkesAkademin AB submitted a request to the district court regarding an extension of the ongoing company restructuring that same date.

YA Holding now announces that Falu District Court today approved YrkesAkademin AB’s request for an extension of the company reconstruction with an additional three (3) months up to and including 4 March 2024.
