YA Holding group has won tenders for professional bus and truck driver training

Arbetsförmedlingen has announced decisions on the awarding of the tenders for professional bus and truck driver training. In accordance with the announcement, Arbetsförmedlingen intends to sign agreements with a subsidiary of YA Holding AB (publ) (“YA Holding”) concerning 8 of a total of 22 agreements in the tenders.

The value of the contracts won, in terms of revenue, is estimated to approximately SEK 80–90 million annually for the group based on YA Holding’s estimation of participant levels. The tender signing restriction period runs until and including 29 January 2024 (bus) and 1 February 2024 (trucks), respectively. The contract period is two years with the possibility of an extension of another one plus one year. Provided that agreements are entered into after the tender signing restriction period ceases and that the allocations are not appealed, the planned first delivery date for the agreements are 1 March 2024.
