YA Holding postpones the date for publication of the year-end report until 27 February 2023

As previously has been announced by YA Holding AB (publ) (”YA” or the ”Company”) on 7 February 2023, YA intended to publish its year-end report for the financial year 2022 (the ”Year-end report”) on 24 February 2023.

As also has been communicated on 7 February 2023, a written procedure is ongoing under the Company's senior sustainability-linked corporate bonds with an initial volume of SEK 480 million within a maximum framework of SEK 650 million that was issued on 17 December 2021. The last day for voting in the written procedure is on 24 February 2023.

The board has today decided to postpone the date for publication of the Year-end report until 27 February 2023 so that the written procedure is concluded prior to the publication of the Year-end report.
