YA Holding’s subsidiary YrkesAkademin AB informs about a plan meeting at the Falu District Court

As announced through a press release on 1 March 2024, YA Holding AB’s (publ) (“YA Holding”) wholly owned subsidiary YrkesAkademin AB submitted a proposed restructuring plan to the Falu District Court and requested a plan meeting (Swe. planförhandling) that same date in the ongoing corporate restructuring.

YA Holding now announces that the Falu District Court today approved YrkesAkademin AB’s request for a plan meeting and that the district court has summoned relevant parties to a plan meeting as part of YrkesAkademin AB’s corporate restructuring process. The plan meeting will take place on 8 April 2024 at 13:00 at the Falu District Court.
