YA Holding’s subsidiary YrkesAkademin AB requests an extension of the corporate restructuring

As previously announced, YA Holding AB’s (publ) (“YA Holding”) wholly-owned subsidiary YrkesAkademin AB commenced a corporate restructuring after an application for corporate restructuring was granted by the Falu district court on September 4, 2023.

Today, YrkesAkademin AB has submitted a request to the district court regarding an extension of the corporate restructuring with an additional three (3) months up to and including 4 March 2024. The administrator supports the request for an extension.
