YA’s CFO has resigned from his employment

YA Holding AB’s (publ) (”YA” or the ”Company”) Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Antti Rokala has resigned from his employment to take on new challenges outside of the group.

Antti has been employed with the Company since 2019 and will be at the disposal of YA during the 4-month notice period. A process to recruit a new CFO will be initiated immediately.

“Antti has during his time with YA contributed to the development of the group’s finance function and I want to thank him for his time with YA and wish him good luck with his new employment” says YA’s CEO Martin Modig.
