At the end of 2020, YIT agrees to sell several residential projects to investors

At the end of 2020, YIT has entered into several agreements on residential project sales to investors around Finland.

The total value of the agreements is approximately EUR 79 million, and they were accounted for in the order backlog for Q4.

For example, YIT signed agreements on selling As Oy Tampereen Torinkulma and Torinsoittaja. Both housing companies are located in the Niemenranta district of Tampere. Completed in the summer of 2022, they will contain 108 apartments.

Agreements were also signed for the sale of the following housing companies:

As Oy Tampereen Kehrä, a project located in the Santalahti district of Tampere with 60 apartments to be completed in 2022.

As Oy Järvenpään Kaskitie, a project which will comprise 77 apartments and which will be completed in June 2022.

As Oy Lohjan Karstunkulma, a project which will comprise 42 apartments and which will be completed in October 2021.

As Oy Kuopion Klaava, a project which will comprise 71 apartments and which will be completed in the spring 2022.

As Oy Vantaan Pilotti which will comprise 84 apartments and which will be completed in the winter 2022, and As Oy Lahden Marleena with 36 apartments, which will be completed in March 2021.
