Change in the holding of YIT's own shares

YIT Corporation has received a return of 2,208 shares free of consideration according to the terms and conditions of YIT's share-based incentive scheme. Originally the shares were conveyed to YIT's key persons in connection with the reward payment from the 2011 and 2012 earning periods under the share-based incentive scheme for 2010-2016.

After the return of the shares YIT held a total of 1,635,494 of its own shares as of March 7, 2014.
