Split (1:2) of Efore Plc’s shares will be valid in the Helsinki Exchanges HETI system as of 29 March 2004. After split the nominal value of YIT Corporation’s shares will be 1,00 EUR.

(E) Presuming that split will be registed into the Trade Register 26 March 2004.

There will be no After market trading II with the shares of YIT Corporation's on Monday morning 29 March 2004.
