YIT has agreed with Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) on a two-year term loan of EUR 50 million with a maturity date in March 2022. The agreement includes two options for a one-year extension. The loan will be used for payment of the existing EUR 30 million bilateral loan from Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) and for general corporate purposes. The new loan prolongs and balances YIT’s maturity profile and strengthens the company’s balance sheet.
