YIT has signed a contract on the realisation of apartment and care projects for investors in Finland worth approximately EUR 54 million. The sales will be entered in the year’s first quarter.
YIT and the OP-Rental Yield special fund have signed a contract on constructing an apartment project in Herttoniemi, Helsinki. 132 apartments will be completed in As. Oy Helsingin Poudantuoja in the spring of 2021. The location is right next to the Herttoniemi metro station and on the same block as the local service centre Hertsi.
YIT and the OP-Public Services Real Estate special fund have signed a contract on constructing an apartment and care project in Keinusaari, Hämeenlinna. A total of 85 apartments and care apartments will be completed. The construction of the location begins in March 2019 and the completion is set for the summer of 2020.
