YIT provides plumbing installation for the Baltic group’s hotel project in Umeå, Sweden

YIT Sverige AB is one of the contractors for the Baltic Group construction project in the Forsete Quarter in central Umeå, Sweden. YIT have been contracted to install all the plumbing for the hotel chain Winn’s new hotel project and provide all the installations required for the construction and refurbishment of the attached shopping arcade. The contract value is approximately EUR 3 million.
 

The total construction area of 25,000 square meters includes 185 hotel rooms, arcade and shops in several floors and will open in 2014 when Umeå is European Capital of Culture.
