YIT to sell the Duetto II office building in Vilnius, Lithuania

YIT and Baltic Horizon Fund have agreed on the sale of Duetto II office building located in Vilnius, Lithuania. The value of the deal is approximately EUR 18 million. The building was taken into use December 2018.

Duetto II office building is 10-storey BREEAM certified building with A energy-efficiency class. The building has 8,300 square meters of leasable area and underground parking facilities for approximately 200 cars.

The Duetto II business home is located on Spaudos str. 6, Vilnius, where YIT has previously built Duetto I office building which is already owned by Baltic Horizon Fund. In the same area YIT has previously developed Grand Office building, hypermarket project and numerous apartment buildings, along newly opened Vilnius western bypass.

Baltic Horizon Fund is a registered contractual public closed-end real estate fund managed by Alternative Investment Fund Manager license holder Northern Horizon Capital AS.
