YIT to start apartment sales in four significant apartment building projects in Finland and CEE countries worth approximately EUR 60 million in total

YIT starts the apartment sales in four significant projects that YIT started to construct in the second quarter of the year. The projects support YIT’s growth strategy in Finland and in the CEE countries.

Tampereen Ykköspurje project is constructed in the Keulakortteli city block, located in the new Ranta-Tampella living area in Tampere, Finland. The project comprises 35 apartments and the value of the project is approximately EUR 20 million. The project is completed in the fourth quarter of 2018.

The fourth phase of Suomi Hloubetin area development project is started in Prague, the Czech Republic. The apartment building named Lahti comprises approximately 100 apartments and the value of the project is over EUR 15 million. The project is completed in the second quarter of 2019.

The third phase of Stein2 area development project is started in Bratislava, Slovakia. The phase comprises approximately 70 apartments and the value of the phase is approximately EUR 15 million. The project is completed in the third quarter of 2018.

The second phase of Nordic Mokotow project is started in Warsaw, Poland, which is also YIT’s second project in Poland. The phase comprises approximately 90 apartments. The value of the phase is approximately EUR 10 million and it is completed in the fourth quarter of 2018.
