YIT will construct three apartment buildings for residential investors

YIT has signed an agreement on the construction of three non-subsidised rental apartment buildings in Tampere, Finland. The total value of the agreements is around EUR 20 million. Construction will start immediately, and the projects will be completed in phases during spring 2017.

The projects will comprise approximately 140 apartments and will be constructed on plots controlled or owned by YIT according to the company’s design. The construction of the projects will not tie YIT’s capital.
