    Survey: the popularity of saunas and glazed balconies has clearly decreased

A total of 78 apartments will be constructed for the project. The value of the project is approximately EUR 47 million, and it has been recorded in the order book for the fourth quarter of the year 2022. The building is scheduled for completion in early 2024.
