YIT has sold a business center in Lithuania to a real estate investment company
YIT Corporation Press release 22 November 2021 at 11:30 a.m.YIT has sold the Naujasis Skansenas Ž business center under development in Vilnius, Lithuania, to East Capital Real Estate AS. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
The modern five-storey office building’s leased floor area is 7,550 m². The project is due to be finished by the end of 2021.
The investor will take over the current leases and take care of the lease of the remaining space.
