    YIT launched residential construction project Asunto Oy Helsingin Nihdin Torni

    YIT Corporation Investor News 14 February 2023 at 8:00 a.m.YIT has launched a self-developed residential construction project called Asunto Oy Helsingin Nihdin Torni in Sompasaari, Helsinki. The 16-storey residential building will have a total of 29 apartments. The value of the project is approximately EUR 32 million, and it has been recorded in the order book for the first quarter of 2023. The building is scheduled for completion in the autumn of 2024. Nihdin Torni is an energy class A building. The building will include solar panels, and domestic water will be pre-heated with waste
