The first logistics property, K3 West, was completed in 2020, and K3 North in early 2022, both in Vantaa’s Viinikkala district. The last of the three, VT4, was completed in Hakkila in August 2022. YIT Corporation Press release 22 December 2021 at 8:00YIT has signed a contract on the construction and sale of a logistics property in Runosmäki, Turku, to MEAG, global asset manager of insurance company Munich Re and ERGO. The total floor area of the building will be approximately 8,800 m². In addition to logistics and storage facilities, the building will also have office facilities. YIT signs contract on the sale of logistics property

YIT has signed a contract on the sale of the K3 North property to a fund managed by an international investment company. The K3 North property is located in the neighbourhood of Viinikkala in Vantaa, Finland, close to Helsinki Airport. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The area of the K3 North logistics property is approximately 22,000 m2, the majority of which has already been leased to a foreign operator.
