The total value of the largest projects is approximately EUR 130 million. The start-ups of the apartments are booked in the order backlog of the third quarter of 2020. The largest of the newly started projects in Finland are Tampereen Lisensiaatti, Espoon Helios, Kuopion Mäkihyppääjä, Vantaan Helokki and Joensuun Pankkiiri. YIT CORPORATION Investor News September 1, 2016 AT 8:30 a.m.YIT starts the construction of a significant area project in Ruzinov district in Bratislava, Slovakia. The first phase starting now will consist of almost 110 apartments and will be completed by the end of 2017. The value of the first phase is approximately EUR 13 million. The value of the whole area project is over EUR 100 million and it will consist of over 1,000 apartments that will be constructed in 10 phases. It is YIT’s biggest area project in Slovakia. The project is called Nuppu and it is located within walking distance
