YIT started the construction of an apartment building in Central Tallinn, Estonia

YIT’s Estonian subsidiary, YIT Ehitus has started the construction of an apartment building in the historic district of Tiigiveski in Central Tallinn, Estonia. The value of the Tiigiveski project is approximately EUR 10 million, and it is estimated to be completed by the autumn 2015. The seven-storey apartment building will consist of around 80 apartments with a total floor area of 4,500 square meters ranging from studios to four room apartments.
