The core of the new ‘Wild Love’ Collection is rustic diamonds in pale to intense hues--bordering on fireworks -- and Cathy Waterman’s iconic and intricate settings which have extensive hand cutout work, all in dramatic blackened platinum and 22 karat gold settings. There are many one-of-a-kind pieces in the Ylang 23 show.
While her appeal has always been multi-generational, Cathy Waterman has recently appealed to a new generation of Waterman fans, especially brides, who covet and collect her designs. Waterman garnered national attention as having made the very unusual rustic diamond engagement ring given by Stephen Moyer to Anna Pacquin.
