European judges sitting in Luxembourg have thrown out the case by French farmers to geographically protect 'Oeufs de Pacques' and its translated equivalent 'Easter eggs' citing the 'Poisson D'Avril' case - a similar case involving fish from the village of April, as its primary reason.
