Unfair Dismissal Experts Your Employment Matters Launch Expert Advice on youTube
Have you been unfairly dismissed or made redundant? Or perhaps you have had disagreements over disputes, maternity or pay; or faced discrimination or harassment in the workplace, but are unsure where to turn for impartial advice you can trust? Well you can now find up-to-date information and advice online via youTube.
Tuesday 11th October: Leading Northampton and Manchester based employment law and unfair dismissal experts Your Employment Matters have just launched their own youTube channel, dedicated to offering informative videos and advice to anyone looking to find out more about unfair dismissal and employee rights.
The new youTube channel can be viewed at: http://www.youtube.com/user/YourEmplymentMatters and currently includes two videos.
One on how to write an appeals letter; the second on how to write a grievance letter. Many more informative videos are being planned for the forthcoming months.
Commenting, Caroline Harper from Your Employment Matters says;
“Many people are embarrassed and unsure when it comes to employment problems and raising a grievance. As well as the informative guides and advice that we already list on our website we believe an informative youTube channel will help many more people understand their rights when it comes to employment law.
“We aim to produce many more videos in the coming months, looking at areas such as maternity rights, disability rights and how to ensure you are able to follow a full grievance procedure with your employer should you run into difficulty.”
With both public and private sectors feeling the economic strain, cases of unfair dismissal and discrimination in the workplace are likely to increase considerably in the future.
Continues Harper;
“Employment Law can be confusing and after the emotional event of a dismissal, reading up about your rights can be hard to focus on. The law is often confusing and the employee unaware of how to next proceed. For this reason we have put together a number of videos, which are easy to follow, offering advice on everything you need to know about unfair dismissal.”
