Søren Morbitzer Christoffersen new CFO as of August 1, 2011

PRESS RELEASE 2011-08-08Mr Søren Morbitzer Christoffersen is appointed CFO for the Zacco Group as of August 1, 2011 and will be working from Zacco’s Hellerup (Copenhagen) office. Søren takes over from Annette Lindgreen. Søren Morbitzer Christoffersen has a strong financial and general management background from various CFO positions with international companies in Denmark and abroad. Since 1997, Søren has held different positions within A.P Møller Maersk, the most recent one being Global Head of Treasury, Tax, Accounting and CCO at Damco International A/S. For most of the years with A.P.
