Zeteco Deregistered from the Stock Exchange At a Board Meeting on 11th December, 2000, the Board of Zeteco AB (publ) decided to apply with OM Stockholmsbörsen (Stockholm Stock Exchange) for deregistering of the company's share from the O list of the Stock Exchange. The reason for the application is that on 8th December, 2000, Partek Holding Sverige AB, owning more than 98.8 per cent of the shares and holding more than 98.9 per cent of the votes in the company, called for compulsory redemption of all outstanding shares in the company. The last day of official listing and trade in the shares in Zeteco is expected to be 21st December, 2000.
