Zmarta Group announces that Joakim Mandorsson, the founder of the Group’s Swedish business, has left all his positions in the company.  He will be replaced by Svein Øvrebø, founder of the Group’s Norwegian business.

Joakim, who founded Freedom Finance Sweden (then called Bolåneservice) in 1999, is leaving the Group to extend his focus on his personal investment portfolio. Whilst he left his operational role earlier this year, he has now decided to also step down from the board.

”We thank Joakim deeply for his contribution to the Group during his nearly 15 years here. At the same time we welcome Svein, who we believe will do a great job helping the company take the next steps in its growth journey”, says Per-Arne Blomquist, Chairman, Zmarta Group.

Svein Øvrebø, a Norwegian native, founded Centum Finans AS, the predecessor of Zmarta in Norway, in 2004. He left his operational roles in the company in October 2013 and is today active as a private investor.
