Addtech acquires Sensor ECS A/S

Addtech Components, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today signed an agreement to acquire all shares outstanding in Sensor ECS A/S.

Sensor ECS delivers embedded industrial and medical computer systems. The business is mainly focused on the Nordic OEM industry and health care.

Sensor ECS A/S will very effectively complement Addtech's current operations in the business area Addtech Components. The Company has 9 employees and sales of around DKK 120 million.

The closing is estimated to take effect in the beginning of November 2017 after approval is obtained from the appropriate authorities. The acquisition is estimated to have a marginally positive effect on Addtech’s earnings per share during the current financial year.
