The Board of Directors in AF Gruppen ASA has issued 2,185,464 new share options to 1,066 employees in 2013, in accordance with the Power of Attorney given by the General Meeting on May 13 2011. The strike price is NOK 45.60 for 1,877,857 of the options, NOK 51,90 for 103,706 of the options and NOK 56,90 for 203,901 of the options.
