    Change in the number of shares and votes in Alligo AB (publ)

    According to Alligo’s articles of association, owners of Series A shares are entitled to request that such shares be converted to Series B shares. Conversion reduces the total number of voting rights in the company.During April 2024, 1,780 Series A shares were converted to Series B shares at the request of shareholders. On 30 April 2024, the last trading day of the month, the total number of votes in the company was 55,966,826.     Alligo strengthens its position in Finland - acquires Hämeen Teollisuuspalvelu Oy and Riihimäen Teollisuuspalvelu Oy

    Alligo has entered into an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares in the Finnish companies Hämeen Teollisuuspalvelu Oy and Riihimäen Teollisuuspalvelu Oy. The companies operate in several locations in southern Finland and sell tools, supplies, industrial components, workwear and personal protection.The companies have a combined annual turnover of approximately EUR 15 million and 42 employees. They have a total of five stores in Hämeenlinna, Riihimäki, Tampere and Hyvinkää. -        With Alligo as an owner, we feel strengthened in our efforts to continue developing our businesses.

    Alligo is taking the next step to integrate its operations by having one primary brand on each market. In Sweden, it will be Swedol that customers see in stores and online, while on the Norwegian and Finnish markets it will be TOOLS.As a result, the company’s Grolls stores will be changing their name to Swedol in Sweden and to TOOLS in Finland.     The Board of Directors of Alligo AB (publ) has through the authorization given by Annual General Meeting held on 24 May 2023, decided to repurchase its own Class B shares.The aim of the repurchase is to enable financing of future acquisitions of companies or businesses with own shares and to adapt the Group’s capital structure.
