    Ambea signs agreement for new care home in Denmark

    Ambea has, through its Danish company Altiden, entered into an agreement to establish a new care home in Nivå in Fredensborg Municipality, Denmark. The facility will comprise 88 places and is expected to be ready for occupancy in 2028.The agreement is part of Ambea’s continued growth in Denmark and strengthens the Group’s presence in a market with a long-term growing need for elderly care.     Today’s Annual General Meeting in Ambea AB (publ) voted to support the following proposals from the board of directors and the nomination committee. The Annual General Meeting adopted the annual report for the financial year 2025 and resolved on a dividend of SEK 2.65 per share. Friday 15 May 2026 was established as record day for dividend.
