Ambea acquires new operation in Norway
Ambea continues to grow in Norway through the acquisition of Målrettet Intervensjon AS. It is the fifth acquisition in two years for Ambea in Norway.
Målrettet Intervensjon AS was establish in 2000 and focus on psychiatric and social disabilities. The operation is situated in the region of Hedmark och Oppland. Målrettet Intervensjon AS has 33 beds and the revenue for 2016 was 49 MNOK.
It is the fifth acquisitions in two years for Ambea in Norway. In the same period the organic growth has been successful with the opening of over ten new units.
