    Nytida acquires Arona Omsorger

    Nytida, a part of the Ambea group acquires Arona Omsorger, active within residential care and support to adults within the autism spectrum.Arona Omsorger consists of a residential unit with seven beds, and a daily activity service for twelve persons with focus on animal care. Arona Omsorger was founded in 2002 and is located in the region of Trosa and Vagnhärad. Revenue for 2016 was approx. 12 MSEK.     Ambea’s Quality Report for fourth quarter 2017

    Since 2013, Ambea presents quarterly Quality Reports. The purpose is to continuously present relevant quality parameters, handling of deviations and external scrutiny.     Ambea has established a Swedish Commercial Paper Program with a total value of SEK 2,000 million. The financing will mainly be used to reduce existing funding.Ambea has established a Swedish Commercial Paper Program of SEK 2,000 million with two banks.     Ambea divests Nytida Anemon, a business within personal assistance

    Ambea has completed the divestment of Nytida Anemon to FMF Assistans. The transition will be finalized November 30, 2017.Nytida Anemon operates in Lund and Stockholm. The revenue for 2016 was SEK 71 million. Through the divestment will Ambea no longer operate within the sector of personal assistance.     Ambea acquires new operation in Norway

    Ambea continues to grow in Norway through the acquisition of Målrettet Intervensjon AS. It is the fifth acquisition in two years for Ambea in Norway.Målrettet Intervensjon AS was establish in 2000 and focus on psychiatric and social disabilities. The operation is situated in the region of Hedmark och Oppland. Målrettet Intervensjon AS has 33 beds and the revenue for 2016 was 49 MNOK.     Ambea continues its growth in Norway with an attractive acquisition, Varphaugen Ungdomshjem, active within care for children and young.Varphaugen Ungdomshjem was founded in August 1995.     Nytida to build extension of Järva VIP school in Sollentuna

    Now more children and young people who need special schooling will be admitted to the Nytida VIP school in Sollentuna.     New elder-care facility in Staffanstorp – Villa Roos Park

    As of 2019, the town of Staffanstorp will have a new elder-care facility devoted to care of dementia patients.     Next week, the construction starts of Ambea’s subsidiary Nytida’s new housing at Slottsbrinken in Mariefred.
