Ambea divests Nytida Anemon, a business within personal assistance
Ambea has completed the divestment of Nytida Anemon to FMF Assistans. The transition will be finalized November 30, 2017.
Nytida Anemon operates in Lund and Stockholm. The revenue for 2016 was SEK 71 million. Through the divestment will Ambea no longer operate within the sector of personal assistance. The divestment is part of Ambeas strategy to focus on disabled and elderly residential care in own management units.
