Next week, the construction starts of Ambea’s subsidiary Nytida’s new housing at Slottsbrinken in Mariefred. Builder is Bällstaudde Projektutveckling AB and the housing with six apartments will be ready approximately by February 2018.

The housing is intended for people with neuropsychiatric diagnoses like autism and Asperger syndrome. It will be situated in a quiet area, with a large garden. The residents will have access to common areas and there will be a separate apartment for the staff.

─ We know that the need of housing for people with functional disabilities is growing. We bring our vast experience of housing and of creating safe environments for people with special needs. Mariefred is a new area for us and we have established a good cooperation with the municipality in the planning process, says Patrik Attemark, Business Area Manager of Nytida.
