Attendo AB (publ) acquires 247 Hoivakodit Oy
Attendo has entered into a binding agreement to acquire 247 Hoivakodit Oy that develops and operates nursing homes for older people in Finland. The acquisition will add one new nursing home to Attendo and strengthen the portfolio of beds under construction.
247 Hoivakodit Oy operates one nursing home for older people in Lahti since December 2015. The company has a broad portfolio of nursing homes under construction in Finland, from Espoo in the south to Kuopio in the north.

The acquisition adds 60 new beds in operation to Attendo’s offering in own nursing homes in Finland, while the portfolio of beds under construction grows with a total of 253 beds in six different units.
