NOTICE OF AGM Reference is made to the announcement by Birdstep Technology ASA on 23 April 2013 in regard to the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting on 15 May 2013. By inadvertence, the Notice contained an error in agenda item 11 (Board authorization; share option program for the CEO). The correct wording of Section 11.2 shall be: "The instant authorization may be used in connection with the implementation and the exercise of an option program for the Company's CEO, Lonnie Schilling, where Schilling will be granted up to 1,650,000 share options, exercisable as follows: 1/3 can be exercised at a time specified by the Board in 2013, 1/3 can be exercised within 12 months, and the remaining 1/3 can be exercised within 24 months."
