The Swedish customs has reconsidered its decision on additional charge for customs and duty regarding 2010. The Customs reduces the total amount BYGGmax subsidiaries Svea Distribution Ltd has to pay with 3,207,981 SEK (ex VAT and customs supplement). The total sum before the reduction was 13 022 124 SEK. This means that the Swedish customs give BYGGmax partly right even before the issue reached the courts.   Byggmax has previously entered into an agreement with the supplier on compensation for the costs incurred in connection with this process. The reconsidered decision as above is therefore cost neutral for BYGGmax
