Cloetta has completed the acquisition of Candyking

Cloetta has today completed the acquisition of Candyking Holding AB. The acquisition strengthens Cloetta’s position within pick & mix and creates substantial synergies.

The acquisition of Candyking was made public on 17 February, 2017. The initial purchase price amounts to SEK 325m on a cash and debt free basis with a potential additional purchase price of maximum SEK 225m. In connection with completion of the transaction, Cloetta has become owner of all shares in Candyking Holding AB and to outstanding bond loans and other debt.
