2nd Annual Boys & Girls Club Benefit Concert Tickets on Sale Now
Wisconsin Rapids (June 21, 2013) – Element Mobile and the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters are teaming up to host the 2nd Annual Boys & Girls Club of the Wisconsin Rapids Area Benefit Concert on Aug. 9, 2013 at Witter Field in Wisconsin Rapids.
Tickets for the August 9 concert are on sale starting today for $15 each. Special VIP group seating is available for $100 per table of six, which includes special food and drink prices. The new Element Mobile Rat Trap Deck is also available for special seating at $50 a ticket. These tickets include all-you-can-eat-and-drink during the concert, but are limited to the first 100 people. Tickets will also be available for purchase at the door on the day of the concert for $20 each.

- In person. Visit the Rafter’s ticket box office Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Last year’s benefit concert raised $3,500 for the Boys & Girls Club of the Wisconsin Rapids Area. These dollars provided the club with additional extra-curricular activities and helped with operational needs.
A national country musical act, to be announced in July, is headlining this year’s concert. Local country music band Raised Reckless will serve as opening entertainment.
“We are excited for another successful event hosted by Element Mobile and the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters,” Robert Wefel, executive director of the Boys & Girls Club. “This year’s event is anticipated to be bigger than ever, especially because a national country act will be featured and announced in the near future.”
The event will help the Boys & Girls Club raise funds for its operations costs and to meet their three key goals for club members: academic success, building good character and citizenship, and leading healthy lifestyles. The Boys & Girls Club’s mission is to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.
